Review: Try to download a full year of activity at tax time, not easy.
After promotional rate expired, my perfect credit, and I mean perfect, gets a 34% interest rate. Lets put this into perspective. The Federal Reserve yearly rate is about 0.7 for this bank, but a Small Business doesn't deserve any credit?
It is un-American! I have run my amount owed down to zero and watch for charges. Will get rid of this as any Federal Credit Union will give a much better rate.
Liked the old Costco card. They replaced it with this American Express.
I wrote Costco and demanded my yearly membership refunded under their terms.
Have also cut back on Costco purchase over 95% and won't renew.
It is a sign of the times. Companies we use to trust have betrayed us.
I choose to vote with my pocket book and go elsewhere.
